Organizational Culture Assessment

Our consultants are skilled organizational assessment professionals. Let us conduct a systematic assessment that will produce quantitative and qualitative measures of your organization’s culture. Most assessments include a review of policies, procedures, and employee demographics as well as interviews with key stakeholders, and listening sessions designed to elicit employee feedback that might not otherwise be conveyed to leaders.

Diversity, Equity, Inclusion Training Suite

We offer the full suite of DEI training tailored to meet the unique needs of your organization. Our training suite includes: DEI fundamentals, Unconscious Bias, Micro/Macro Aggressions, Cultural Competency, Employee Engagement, Inclusive Leadership, and more.

Strategic Planning

Following a thorough assessment of your organization’s culture, our DEI professionals will work with leadership and board members to develop a customized strategic plan to meet the unique needs of your organization. We will guide you through the implementation process and will provide ongoing monitoring and support as you navigate your journey towards a diverse, equitable, and inclusive culture.

Jennifer L. Williams, PhD President and CEO

DDr. Jennifer Williams is a National Diversity Council Certified Diversity Executive (NDCCDE) with vast experience in organizational culture assessment, leadership development, strategic planning, and implementation of policy, procedure, and practice designed to improve the culture of private, non-profit, and governmental agencies. “Dr. Jen” is adept at developing highly engaged teams where individuals are empowered to use their strengths to contribute to organizational goals. She is equally skilled in the creation and facilitation of training programs designed to provide practical opportunities for team members to demonstrate understanding of DEI and Leadership principles. Dr. Jen earned a Bachelor’s Degree in English from Clark University and a Master’s in Public Administration with a concentration in Government Contracting from Troy University. She earned her PhD in Public Administration with a concentration in Leadership and Management from Walden University. Her published dissertation was an exploration of the impact of informal leaders on policy adoption. Dr. Jen currently serves as a member of the Georgia Chamber of Commerce Diversity Council and is also a member of the Georgia Healthcare Executives DEI Committee. She is the Chief Diversity Officer for a regional healthcare system in Georgia and in her free time she is committed to community service and proudly serves as a member of the Albany (GA) Chapter of The Links, Incorporated.
